Backed by MasterCard, HealthNow is transforming how organisations support their employees’ health. This card-based employee benefits platform lets staff use it like a regular bank card at a wide range of approved providers, from audiologists and mental health services to optometrists and sporting goods stores – to name a few. Employers set the card’s value and select where it can be used. The card can be topped up anytime, which makes it perfect for rewards, bonuses, or health benefits.

Steven’s drive comes from personal experience. Growing up in a low socioeconomic household where healthcare was hard to come by, he built a successful podiatry network to help provide direct care to people in need. But he saw the limitations of traditional brick-and-mortar care models. That’s when HealthNow was born—an employee-led platform designed to empower companies to actively improve employee health, both physically and financially, by leveraging technology.
